Posted: 12/18/03 at 8:47amJanuary 7 I am coming to NY to teach a class for work. I am trying to make the most of it. What do you think my chances of getting the $25 seats? I won't be able to get there hours before to wait in line. I'm just curious if anyone knows how the line has been lately. I am also crossing my fingers that I get Wicked seats for that night for Christmas! Nothing like a free hotel in NYC on the company topped off by 2 broadway shows!!!

oooops! I meant for that to say hopefully I get Taboo tickets for Christmas! I've already got tickets for Wicked on another date.
I'm not awake yet!

Posted: 12/18/03 at 2:57pmI had to wait about an hour and a half went it first opened and I got the last rush ticket, but I expect it's not as difficult now.

Posted: 12/18/03 at 3:22pmcan you move up after you get the rush during intermission?or are they strict on that?

Posted: 12/18/03 at 4:57pmHave no idea, but the theatre was small enough thatmoving up was not an absolute necessity. I could see everything perfectly from the back row and the view is not onstructed by the overhang of the balcony.

Posted: 12/20/03 at 12:30pmYes. I tried for rush this summer, and including me and my grandma, there were only 5 people who were there when the tickets went on sale.
