Has anyone's high school applied to the rights for Urinetown? I'm thinking about doing at my college next summer.. are they available?

Not available yet, which is a shame. I'd bet it would make a GREAT college show

It would be a GREAT production for high schools and colleges.

You can apply for special rights - but they are hardly ever granted. I think only one place was allowed to do it since the tour.

I just want to know IF they are going to release them, and IF a company will take it on.

Yeah my college is thinking about doing the show next year, as well as one of the community theatre's by me. I would die if we could get the rights.
