In "Snuff That Girl", the dance break spoofs West Side Story.

That was the first one that came to mind...I'm sure there are many others.

There's a bit of a take off on Les Miz (the One Day More marching) in the Act I Finale, among others (West Side Story, etc) I forget 'em all.
