Hey!
I got complimentary (free) ticket to see Sly Fox tomorrow.
I got ORCHC row D seat 115. After that, i looked at the Barrymore Theater seating chart, and i couldn't find my seat! There is no seat number 115! Please help me!

Two things, as a FOH employee....
First, don't worry -- do you have a paper ticket? If yes, then there's a 99.99% chance there's a seat waiting for you. Theatres add & remove seats all the time, but those seating charts don't always stay current. If not, then just get to the box office a bit early & they will give you a paper ticket and it will have the correct seat number on it.
Second, please, whatever you do, don't "insist" -- you don't need to! It's rude and presumptuous! Just politely explain the situation, showing whatever you have been given (if it's an email, bring a copy.) The house staff knows what needs to be done and doesn't need to be told. Enjoy the show!
