A 10 performance week for Avenue Q in Vegas????

Aren't there union rules against that.......or is the production going to be edited down like the usual 90-minute Vegas review??

The union negotiates contracts like this all the time -- A CHRISTMAS CAROL at MSG did more then 8 shows a week. Vegas might even have their own contracts under AEA rules.

I don't think they're doing a truncated version, given all the hoopla about this superceeding a "touring" company, but you never know...

I will be in Vegas in October, and was thinking about buying seats to see John again, but I won't be spending that kind of money for a truncated version of the show......

If its worth anything at all...the producers said that the cuts would only be at the wishes of the authors...so if it cut as ive heard, it was done so by the authors especially for vegas.

The show is not being shortened. However, there are two rotating casts of the show. So you're not guaranteed to see Johnny at the performance you buy tickets to.

The Wynn is the hottest new hotel for people with the big bucks. I'm sure they'll have no problem selling tickets. Can someone please let me know when Jessica Simpson is seeing it?
