For one of my classes at school we had to see our college's DREADFUL production of INTO THE WOODS. They massacred one of my favorite shows.

So I volunteered to bring in my video of the original Broadway production. My professor is allowing me to show a 5-10 minute clip and I'm having a hard time picking which to show.

I want to showcase Bernadette of course, but I want to include some dialogue, too. So far, I was thinking of starting "Second Midnight" and ending it after "Stay With Me."

Any other suggestions?

Start with "Your fault" and end it with "Last midnight"

i saw that production of Into the Woods too. (and believe me i agree.)

i must say, i have never seen a good production of into the woods, and i've seen a bunch and even been in one! it was terrible. anyway...

i think the original is how it was meant to be, and it should stay that way. everyone always tries to make it their own, but it never seems to work.

i think showing "second midnight" and "stay with me" would be a good selection. either that or possibly "ever after."
