Ms. Turner has had a long, very public battle with rheumatoid arthritis (sp?). When I saw it, she come out wearing sneakers, so I didn't see her toes (not that it matters). All four come out, sign and are very gracious and kind. I've even heard of Albee coming out on several occasions.
