Does anyone know where i can find a seating chart for the beaumont? its not on broadway.com and yes im too lazy to search for it...
Thanks
and is the left orchrestra side row F good?
The Vivian Beaumont's stage (at least for when I saw The Frogs) was circular and jutted out into the audience and the seats surrounded it.. like a sideways "D"
Your seats should be good :)
i dont know how far left, it just said left on the order form chip, and thanks Girl for your imput
I would say sections 200 and 300 are the best.
I sat 500 for Stokes show. It was very good, since he was foward, but I couldn't see the upstage part of the Piazza set.
Thanks
so row F is like on the side? oh i hope that doesnt suck. oh well, at least the show wont!
I sat in the last row of the far left in the 100s, and I saw everything fine. Because it's circular, you're just seeing things from a different viewpoint. I don't think there's too many seats in that theatre which would be bad, I saw everything fine. Though I think there was one scene where a statue came down and might have blocked some of the view on the right.
And there certainly is one nice thing about left seats in Piazza as well...
I believe any seat in that theatre is a good seat (for this show atleast).

The row designation only indicates how far you are from the stage. The section designation (100, 200, etc.) will show you how far from center you are.

A seating chart can be found right here on BWW, believe it or not.

bway11 - that's great to know. I'm still discovering things a year later that I didn't know existed on this site. And thanks for your efforts!

Is row D too close to the stage for Light in the Piazza? My sister is short and I don't want the stage to block her view (since she is the one dragging me to this anyways).

The audience is on a major rake. Think of a small ampitheatre like the ancient Greeks.
