WANNA BE IN RENT!?

So, I have come across the website--wannabeinrent.com/Wanna Be In Rent?--quite a number of times. . .And have seriously considered sending in a headshot and a resume and stuff just to see what would happen.

What do you honestly think the liklihood of them auditioning and casting someone from this website would be? Has anyone currently in (or previously in) the show been cast from a process similar to this?

Very slim. It prob could happen, but I think you have a better chance just going to an open call.

The chances are virtually nonexistent. No one has ever been cast in a process like that in Rent.

Weird. I've never heard of that before, and never really seen anything like it. An internet casting call without an actual face-to-face audition? Huh.

Yeah, I thought it was just a thing they put up for a couple months, but it's been up there since I found out about RENT, which was over 5 years ago. Give it a try though, can't hurt.
