Tammy Blanchard was great in Gypsy! She was also great as Judy Garland in the TV show. Does anyone know if and when she is coming back to broadway? what roles do you think she'd be good in?

Don't know what's next for Ms. Blanchard but I agree with you Derek2, she is a radiant star. I loved her in the mini series and in GYPSY (espcically in that big hat).

I caught her on an episode of Law & Order a few nights ago... ?
(along with 500 other Broadway actors)

I would love to know what she's up to next. She's a fabulous Gypsy.

"Blanchard will join Peter Falk and Katey Sagal for the CBS holiday film "A Christmas Without Ornaments." This will mark the third film that features Falk as the angel Max. According to the Reporter, the angel, "who first appears to a hardworking young woman (Blanchard) whose goal is to get a promotion so that she can get her younger brother out of foster care, is being reprimanded by a supervising angel (Sagal) sent to discipline him for contacting the wrong family in need."

I also read a while ago (while Gypsy was still running) that she is engaged so my guess is she is also either planning a wedding or is a newlywed.

I imagine what's next for Miss Gypsy Rose Lee is to continue the decomposition in which she's been engaged for a number of years.
