WHOA Gary Coleman vs. Avenue Q

OK, so there's always the question of whether or not Mr. Coleman approved of his appearance in Avenue Q and I believe the word thusfar has been something to the effect that he saw the show and liked it or something.
But this just showed up on Broadway.com:
"I was excited to see Gary Coleman coming my way simply because I've been dying to ask him if he'd ever consider playing himself in Avenue Q. I mean sure, the show pokes fun at his career and, well, his family as well, but I assumed Coleman would see the value in taking control of the situation by actually appearing in the Tony-winning hit. It seems I assumed wrong. When I mentioned Q, Coleman went cold, barking: "They have absolutely no permission from me. I have not signed any paperwork and if they come to L.A., I have a lawyer waiting for them!" So I guess he doesn't want the job?! Paging Emmanuel Lewis!"

Maybe he's just pulling a Kerry and "flip-flopping", as they say. Anyway, he should honestly be so lucky to get to be in Avenue Q, or to get ANY job for that matter...we all know he's got time to kill.

He was very cranky on the Surreal Life. Maybe its spilling over.
BTW, if you didnt see that, its hilarious. He got very angry at the stars of the show, and walked out of a restaurant he was the Guest Manager of for the the night. It was funny lol

My love for Vanilla Ice came flooding back when he picked Gary up like a sack of potatoes and threatened to dump him into the deep fryer. There's nothing like D list celebrities duking it out!
Wasn't Gary a security guard for a while until he got charged with assaulting a woman? Gosh, I hope the bitemarks on her ankles are recovering nicely.
