Does anyone know if Wicked is as elaborate in the touring mode as it is in NYC on Broadway? In other words, will I be disappointed seeing it on tour compared to the great Broadway production?? Thanks!!

I have seen both the NYC and the touring production and there is very little differences. I thought that they did a great job in comparing the two.

I saw both, and the changes were so minimal, I didn't even notice them. Really the only one was the big hat at the beginning. However, I enjoyed the touring show even more than the Broadway show because I enjoyed the cast more.

The songs from the movie are included in the touring show.

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

Movie? oh well

from what i can tell, the only real scale down is the lovely time dragon clock around the stage, there is hardly any of it, just the dragon, no steps or nothing, that for me was dissapointing since i love overdone scenery.
