Posted: 1/12/06 at 2:14pmThere may not be a whole lot left (I bought 8!! lol) but sometime today all of rows B,C,D, and E were released for Wednesday February 8th's matinee performance (2:00) of Wicked (on bway obviously) in the CENTER orchestra!!! Row E only had a few left, and I bought all of row D practically but the other rows still had lots of seats left on Ticketmaster! Go Buy!! lol

Posted: 1/12/06 at 4:01pmNot that it's special... just a great thing that they are releasing tickets to the public. I still don't know whats so "special" about a sattirical musical where you have performers singing "Springtime for Hitler", but hey, to each his own.

It's special because tickets for good seats are so hard to come by. Normally they are sold out or available for Premium Seats for 300.00.
I guess the slow season has officially begun.

Posted: 1/12/06 at 8:52pmYou're right, it probably does happen every day. But if you go online and try to find seats (never mind good seats like these!) you will find them very hard to come by. It just happened that when we (bwlover86 is my sister) were looking for tickets this morning we stumbled upon a whole bunch. When we spoke to the people at ticketmaster they said that the producers had literally just released the seats and that we had better snap them up b/c they wouldn't last long. Jen just thought she would pass the info along in case anyone else wanted to get some!

We (original poster is my sister) were just there last night and we have to see it again. But this time around when we saw there were so many tickets available we phoned some friends and bought for anyone who wanted to come :) Now of course people are backing out and we may end up with an extra or two but we can always find someone who wants to go so they certainly won't go to waste!

Posted: 1/12/06 at 9:07pmYeah maybe ill end up selling them on here lol jk... anyway i hope this info helped and ps: it was no big deal, geesh try to be nice to my fellow bway lovers and this is what I get!!! next time ill just keep my mouth shut and buy them all up for myself ahahahahaha!!!! (that was an evil laugh btw lol) okay yeah i was just kidding anyway... enjoy the show if you are going... we paid 250 for row E last night seats 111-112 which is just a little off center, so we were just happy to pass along the info that you can now get even better seats for only 110! okay just being nice, enjoy the show if your going, maybe ill see some of you there!

Just FYI... there are still tons left!! Maybe im more enthusiastic about this and a lot of you guys have better ways to get tix, but I thought Wicked was usually sold out, so get them before they are gone people! lol jp... okay im done..
