It's kinda awful how a Gertrude Niessen could just pop up, make minor Broadway history, and then vanish.

FOLLOW THE GIRLS was a cultural phenomenon, born in the midst of terrible chaos, yet somehow word of mouth got out that this was one of the funniest, albeit filthiest, shows around. take it from this old lady, nothing ever compared to FTG. And, get the George Jean Nathan review. You'll love it!
