Waitress Tour Matinee Stage Door

Hello! I will be seeing the waitress tour this summer and will be attending a matinee. I would love to stage door but doubt it will be worth it because it is a matinee. Does anyone have experiences about the Waitress tour stage door to share?

I've done the stage door after a matinee and everyone came out. It's really hit or miss though no matter when you go.
