I can't find any info whatsoever on cause of death. The only little bit I've been able to find suggests it was suicide.
Was there ever official word as to how Damon Intrabartolo passed?

Some have reported suicide. Other sources report drug overdose. Or perhaps it's both (intentional ODing).
