Precisely. People like GeorgeandDot live by color counting and separating. Deciding who is able to speak and who is not, based on race. That reminds me of things in the past..... You can not decide these things for people or have double standards about privileges. This whole mindset is wrong. It really exposes if that person lives by the idea "color first" or "person first".

It has always been wrong, but it gets more and more embarrassing as time goes on.

The step these people need to make is to get over the idea that they have earned the right to discriminate, separate, judge, and have certain privileges over others.

This step is where the road to equality begins.

I agree with this, and I like that you use the term "human".

Privileges for certain races, allowing things for 1 race but not for another, excluding colors, affirmative action, one way street thinking because you feel certain races earned the right, are all about the opposite.

And although you might not want to admit it, silencing people based on race or closing your eyes for the fact that many poc talk about color all day, in every situation within the minute, with negative consequences, such as a feel of separation, not taking responsibility and and staying in the victim role, which are all factors of going backwards. Not progress.

Many black people are mistakenly blaming whites for things that they don't like, while in fact it is about not taking responsibility and leaning onto te wrong things too much, such as affirmative action and victim role and white blaming and thinking in color too much in situations that have nothing to do with it.

It is indeed about many different backgrounds but I think that Asian people for example are screaming less, rely less on affirmative discrimination and show that they are equal all the time by actions.

I also want a future where everyone including their history matters, but that does not have to be included in every situation, as most things are about something else. Most important thing is that people today encounter eachother as equals in every situation, and the mindset I see and described (like the lady in this clip) is really harmful for this.

Most situations are actually about different things, and in most situations there is no need to bring color into it at all, such as who can participate in a discussion. Or call eachother a color related remark in every line. Or say white or black power when you post a picture of you going out on instagram, etc.
