Does anyone know when it is Harvey's first show? Updated On: 12/29/04 at 12:09 AM
I believe either the 2nd or the 3rd.
I just bought a ticket for the 3rd. I can't wait to see him in it.
Anyone else going?
I am very intrigued by this casting and very tempted to see it. Please review!
January 4th

There's a good chance I'll be seeing it between Jan 1-4. Hope I get to see him.
Corine you missed him by a day.
At least you get to see Molina's last show, maybe they will do something special.
I am soooooooo pissed.
It Sucks To Be Me! No offense to Molina. I just ADORE Harvey.

Is David Leveaux rehearsing the replacement cast or are they just coming in with standard replacement rehearsals? I'm very excited about seeing Harvey/Andrea -- I'm going the weekend of the 7th. I look forward to reading what people have to say about him before then.
Where are you sitting and did you buy discounted tickets?
There had been a rumor going around that the January 4th date was wrong, and that he wasn't starting until late January -- any truth to that?
Anyone else confused about this interview? I love Harvey, but I must say he was very rude (to the point of aggressiveness) to the interviewer. I thought the questions the interviewer had were valid (and indeed, one that many people on the board also have had), and he brought them up pretty harmlessly. Is there in this interview a joke I don't get?

that interview was funny, but ridiculous
Jan 4
I don't know about the rudeness, sometimes it may be difficult to understand what the performer really means unless you hear him in person, but he does seem pi**ed off in some questions.
OUCH. Harvey must be getting a lot of **** because of his voice.
I wish him well. I am sure he will be wonderful. On the other hand he was hostile in that interview.

A bit on the pompous side too (although it may just be defensiveness). Is there a backstory to all this? Like, is the interviewer his infamous mortal enemy or something?

Does someone need a hug???
I hope Harvey makes the role his own and surprises all the critics.
Love him. Even though he is not warm and fuzzy.

I'll be seeing it on Jan. 8th. I'm really excited... i've never seen Fiddler before, not even in a non-professional production of any sort so i'm really excited.
are there any bad seats in the Minskoff Theatre?
That "interview" was hysterical.
That interview was a bit harsh... it doesn't give the reader a good impression of why they should fork out money to see the show. I love Harvey, but ouch...
Corine honey,
If Namo was around he would bitch slap you. All you had to do was do a little resear ( as simple as a google search) and you wouldn't have bought a ticket for a wrong day. I noticed this is a pattern with you. WHY?
Dame,
My date was switched. No bitch slap needed.
Hope you have a Happy New Year.
I am home sick.
Sucks to be me!
On a related note to Harvey starting, does anyone know if David Ayers left for Wicked yet and who replaced/is replacing him as Fyedka?
