I was thinking of the Color Purple or Shuffle Along?

You are going to have a FANTASTIC trip.  I don't think you can go wrong with either choice. I've seen Color Purple, and Erivo is a revelation. I didn't like the show the first go 'round, was not excited for this staging, and ended up loving it.  Really loving it.  Obviously no one has seen Shuffle Along yet, but the premise and the talent both sound wonderful.  I'd just flip a coin.
