BOE, That post makes absolutely no sense. You are 11 years old and another child calls you dad? What the what? Also if I am not mistaken a minor is not allowed to have a child put into their custody. Why on earth would the government allow a child to raise a child. Now your 21 year old brother having custody however, is understandable.
