Did anyone else see "Everybody Hates Chris" this week? Dad bought all this cheap knock-off candy, like "Nickers" and "Butterthumbs." When Mom insisted on buying the "good," name-brand candy, instead, Dad ended up cutting the mini-candy-bars into even smaller pieces, counting out 5 or 6 M&Ms, and wrapping them into little bundles to hand out.

I'm doing what I always do: Buy way more candy than I need, hand some out to the few kids who come around, keep a little for myself, and take most of it to work, where it will disappear in half a day.

Of course, if I had won the lottery last night, I would be jetting to Vegas, dressing up as something sexy (yeah, right), and crashing parties in search of you-know-who...
