I've listened to Jimmy Buffett's concept album and the songs are wonderful. They did it at the Coconut Grove in Miami Beach with Gregg Edelman in the lead and I am told that potential producers were flying down to check it out but it never materialized in NYC. Were there book problems?

Jimmy has much to much on his plate now.
I still have the cd. If you like Caribbean music you will like it . If not you will not. I doubt it will ever go anywhere unfortunately.

I've always been sad that this never fully materialized. People make fun of me, but I love about 90% of everything Buffett has written. He has a real knack for telling stories and developing characters in songs.
