Who sings the line, "Very different from the rest of us." in the song Belle on the OBC of BatB?

I know it's a really random question so any help is appreciated.

well, I believe I remember it being listed as "Man #1" in the libretto (I could be wrong) but no listing for that under the Original Cast.

So it's one of the "Townsperson"... here are your candidates!
