What's Happening in Times Square

From time to time I take a peek at TS webcams. It helps to view my favorite city between visits. The last couple days something is being set up in Duffy Square. Lots of barriers, small tents, lights, and audio-visual equipment. Looked at a couple event calendars but don't see anything posted. What's the event?

I saw on Instagram this morning that there's an Alicia Keys takeover of some sort in Times Square tonight.
