The (two part) Brother/Sister Plays at the Public Theatre seem to be a good bet. Having only seen Part II so far, I can only tell you that this playwright is a good addition to the theatrical voices of America. I am looking forward to seeing Part I on Tuesday. The man can write.
According to the flyer they can be seen in any order and there are all sorts of discounts out there. I felt these plays* were well worth my time.
*There are three plays over two parts. Part Two is two one-acts. Part One is a full length play. Got that?
