Sorry, this has nothing to do with Millie, but it's a cast recording, not a soundtrack. Soundtracks are for movies.... that's just a huge pet peeve of mine, sorry!

MILLIE is a lovely show and some of the cast members on Broadway are just amazing! I, for one, very much enjoy Leslie Uggams and Christian Borle. But Susan Egan ends up not being the star of the show for some reason ... I just remember seeing it with Sutton and it was so obvious that she was "the star" ... but you don't get that feeling with Susan. She's a lvely person, but not powerhouse, by any stretch of the imagination.
I saw the show just last week in New York. The audience was just NOT there. I was so thrown a-back by how low the attendance was. About the last 6-7 rows of the theatre were completely empty and I didn't even see the mezz.
It's had a nice two year run.
