What’s up with the Tonys’ official uploads of wins?

This has always bugged me, figured I’d just check if anyone knows why the Tonys’ YouTube account uploads the winning speeches the way they do. Because that’s all they upload, cutting out the presenters’ opening remarks, the reading of each nominee, and the reaction to the win. It just makes these videos feel incomplete, I don’t get why it’s done that way.
