well, PURLIE and CLEAR DAY have been done/are scheduled.
i agree about MINNIE'S BOYS and GRASS HARP. LADY IN THE DARK. CABIN IN THE SKY. has ONE TOUCH OF VENUS been done? DUBARRY WAS A LADY. ME AND JULIET. WILDCAT. JAMAICA. HENRY SWEET HENRY. PRETTYBELLE. GREENWILLOW. TAKE ME ALONG.
About twenty more that escape me right now.

While I'd love to see Annie Warbucks, Blood Brothers, and especially Carrie, I feel like they're just not encores style... too new.

I don't think they'll ever do DREAMGIRLS, especially Encores...

I think both Encores and Reprise have done "Promises, Promises." Reprise did it with Jason Alexander and Encores did it with Martin Short. Encores has also done "One Touch of Venus." It's the concert that helped launch Melissa Errico.
I forgot about "Greenwillow." I'd love to see that one.

Reprise! has done both Of Thee I Sing (which I'd forgotten I'd seen, until I came across this thread...yikes!) and Fiorello! (starring Tony Danza, for what it's worth).
(Far too many exclamation points in that sentence. If only this were an answer on Jeopardy!, we'd be complete...)

Nobody said Wicked? Could they do Wicked? With the Original (best) cast? I say Wicked. Maybe just do Wicked every year?
Shenandoah is one of my favorites...why isn't this show done more? Robber Bridegroom would be wonderful. Did someone just do House of Flowers? I'd love to hear that. And since they will never revive it, how about On the Twentieth Century?
