What was Bill Irwin wearing on his lapel?

When they announced his name and everyone went nuts, he hugged all his castmates...and when he got to David Harbour, he sort of pointed/pounded at that pin on his lapel. Anyone know what that was?

He was pointing it out to Kathleen. It was a pin given to each of the three castmates by Kathleen Turner on opening night of Virginia Woolf. If you noticed, she was wearing the same pin.
