...of VERY GOOD EDDIE fame? Is it possible I saw him on the #1 train at Lincoln Center, with a playbill from Light In The Piazza in hand?

What's he up to these days?

Charlie directs and, I believe, teaches.

Charles Repole now has been teaching at Queens College in Flushing, New York for about the past five years, where he teaches students working towards a B.A. in Theatre. During the summers he occasionally directs fully staged musicals for the Civic Light Opera(CLO) in Pittsburgh, PA. This summer he will be directing "Carousel" at CLO which will run from July 26th-July 31st (and it stars Urban Cowboy's own, Matt Cavenaugh).

He's also directing a Brigadoon this summer at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in upstate New York. He seems to be enormously intelligent about the old standards - I'd love to take his class.
