When do shows get discounted?

Hi there -

Looking at playbill and BroadwayBox, most of the discounts seem to apply through to the end of May or some into June.

How far ahead are July discounts likely to be announced?

Generally, discounts are for 1 to 2 months in advance. Some shows hold off on July discounts a bit longer since that tends to be a busy month and they'll wait to see how full priced tickets sell.
