The past few years I've seen them in March, October, and November. But, it can always change I suppose.

It's usually six weeks before the Easter Bonnet competition.
That's April 20 and 21 this year.

I was actually wondering this myself and hoping the red bucket season would coincide during my March 19-22nd trip! Thank you for the info!
