When to rush for the Humans or the LDJIN?

Hello ladies and gents,

I'm looking to rush for either The Humans or the Long Day's Journey into Night. I have never done it before (I'm a lowly tourist) so I don't know what's a good time to go for it. The Humans Box Office opens at 10, the LDJIN Box Office opens at 12.

Long Days Journey is sold out so they won't have rush. They do have a lotto on todaytix. I've not tried for The Humans but I would assume with the Tony wins you'd want to get there at least an hour before the box office opens.
