Where's CHERYL FREEMAN???

I was listening to CIVIL WAR in the car "If Prayin Were Horses" Came on. Cheryl Freeman sings with so much power and emotional intensity, not to mention her stint as the "Acid Queen" in TOMMY, a Muse in Disney's HERCULES, and the lead in the musical PLAY ON!

The Diva is in Fame right now...I forget which role. BUt yes, the diva is in fame. I'd love to see her in Millie...think she'd be a fabulous Muzzy.

She is playing Miss Sherman, the English teacher/ principal type role. She sings the song in the second act "These Are My Children"

I remember seeing her as one of the three back up girls in Little Shop of Horrors in Melbourne back in the 80's. She made quite an impression then.
