Posted: 6/30/05 at 3:29pmI'm going on a trip to NYC in a few days and I have a small list of things I need to buy because they are more accessable in the big apple. I need to choose between Sweeney Todd Live at the New York Philharmonic (CD) or Sweeney Todd in Concert (DVD). I'd kind of rather the DVD because it's cheaper. I also want to get sime visuals of Patti as Mrs. Lovett because I want a taste of her performance before it comes to Broadway in the fall. Tell me which I should get, please!

Posted: 6/30/05 at 3:34pmI don't think that Ms. LuPone's casting is official, so don't do anything yet. But you can if you want to. On the other hand, I heard that she is absolutely horrible in that role!
