Definitely Adam Lambert and/or Susan Boyle.

Basely Tearful I think his AMA was posted briefly but was quickly removed, as Dick Clark productions took down a lot of the videos of his performance on youtube.

Adam Lambert at least has a direct theatre connection... Susan Boyle sang a song. I've sung Broadway songs before, I don't get coverage.
