It sounds like an AWESOME musical and the music is fantastic..

Wow...you just opened up a huge thread. Wicked is the most talked about thing on this board.
I just saw it and I really liked it. Not my favorite ever but I enjoyed myself immensely.

Posted: 7/31/05 at 9:53pmThat's a common misconception. Virtually no one has seen Wicked. It's not a very, dare I say, Popular show, especially among the younger theatre fans. I am surprised it's still open considering the horrible box office attendance it's been receiving. I've heard nothing but bad things about this show, so I couldn't possibly understand a radio show trying to promote. Worst thing is, they hardly ever bring in any big-named talented people into the roles, so it's really just terrible all around. I was thinking I might just go see it, since they are so starved for fans and patrons.

Proud to say that I have seen it, and it isn't my favorite musical! *sarcastic gasp* Les Miserables and Into the Woods are my favorites.
