I happened to just walk past there twice on my lunch hour and they were setting the band up, going through a sound check. I could see the windows/costumes from across the street and they were quite stunning. The chandelier was also gorgeous.

Maybe there'll be something on Entertainment Tonight or one of those shows later on?

I wish I would have known earlier than 10 minutes after it started. I also wish that I didn't have show of my own tonight and that I could go!

With the cast in NY, what are the possibilities that they will be on any of the morning shows Friday morning -- GMA, Today, This Morning... or perhaps Regis and Kelly? Usually appearances tied to a film opening come closer to the date of opening, I think, but since they are there anyway...

Edited to add this thought... Oprah Winfrey has hosted casts from new movies on her show before... can someone find out if she will be doing this for Phantom?
