Who's Been Filling In For Christian This Week?

I was reading Christian Hoff's blog and he said he was going to be out until the 8th and I was wondering who's been in as Tommy Devito this week. I ask cause I'm going to try for this weekend, I wanted to get an idea of who might be in for him.

John Leone has been filling in. I was at the show wednesday night and he was on and also said he'd be on the rest of Christian's vacation.

Just to add....I just read on Jersey Boys blog that Heather Ferguson is filling in for Erica Piccininni from Jan. 6th until the 21st.

Funny(rolls eyes in sarcastic manner), but he has more than one understudy.

How is he as Tommy? I only saw him as Nick, and he was alright as Nick. I only saw him do some Tommy when they did that Broadway Spotlight thing and he was at the put in rehearsal as Tommy, with Steve Gouveia as Nick, and Matthew as Frankie.

Also, John's been in this week right? Someone on myspace said he was out sick last week, even though on Dick Clark's New Years Rockin Eve, he seemed fine.

He was good... just not as good as Christian. His voice was as nice, but the way he portrayed Tommy just wasn't as lovable as Christian's portrayal. See, when Christian plays Tommy, he just has this appeal to him. He makes you understand and accept all the crap he puts the group through. He just seems like he has more heart and because of that, his actions are justifiable. John didn't have that. And I'm not saying he was bad, but he just wasn't as good.

And I don't know if John has been in all week, but he was in wednesday night and sounded great.

DevDev:Good way to put it.I agree with you,I didn't see John as Tommy I saw Dominic Nolfi back in August,but I felt the same way when I saw Dominic.

Alright, I really liked Dominic as Tommy.

Just a little side thing, has anyone else noticed that Dominic kinda look like Alec Baldwin?
