Who's Leaving?

(My search button isn't working so please forgive if this has been posted)

I'm heading out to NYC, and I'm going to get to see some shows. I'm worried, though, that I won't get to see some people. Does anyone know when Patti LePone is leaving? How about Norbert and Greg? Sutton? LaChanze?

And does anyone know of some good off Broadway shows?

I believe Patti is leaving July second, though she has said she will probably extend.

Norbery and Greg, are leaving sometime in July, along with Jonathan Pryce.

Sutton and LaChanze will probably stay in their shows through the summer,a nd don't have a leaving date yet.

Norbert and Jonathan's last performance is July 16.

Greg's last performance is July 23.

Sutton has said in an interview that she's contracted for a year.

Sutton is contracted for year, but it is said that she will be taking off time (two weeks, I think)when she gets married (in september)and for her honeymoon.

Usually original cast leads are contracted for a year in most circumstances, no? Unless it is a limited engagement or sometimes they may have a 6 month contract.

Patti LuPone has extended, I believe, although until when is indefinite. I know that Judy Kaye will be filling in as Lovett in August, but those dates aren't definite either. And millie_dillmount, the length of the contract depends on the person. If it's an open-ended run, it can be anywhere from 6 months to a year, depending on how big a star someone is...Jonathan Pryce will have only been in DRS for 6 months when he leaves, for example.
