Who's Paying Reidel?

I've now heard from more than one source that Reidel is payed off by Producer David Stone. It would seem apparent with several of his columns, including today's. When taking sides, his column nearly always favors either WICKED, or in this case, the Producer's side of the bargaining table. Think of the attack he made on Donna Murphy for missing performances? At that point Kristin Chenoweth had missed just as many shows, if not far more.
Anyone heard anything like this before?

Well I highly doubt that David Stone has to pay off Michael Reidel...I mean THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS. If anything David probably pays him off with "anonymous" quotes. But hey, it's The Post, who says ethics should play any part in their reporting?

What does Reidel's column have to do with reporting? It's a gossip column, not a news story.

And what does today's Riedel column have to do with David Stone? Also, I'd be very careful about posting things about people being paid off. Unless you've got proof of that, that's pretty strong stuff. Plenty of people in the industry are friendly with Riedel. Plenty. That hardly means that money is changing hands.
