Who's Playing Phantom in the National Tour?

I'm seeing it next month in Atlanta for the first time. I understand Gary Mauer is gone! Anyone know who'll be playing Phantom and if they're any good?

Gary is not gone. He may be on vacation or sick but he is not gone. In fact he signed for another 6 months.

I am not sure who the Phantom is but I know who the cover is. It is Michael Shawn Lewis. He is playing Raoul and covering the phantom. He is just on tour for a few more months. He came from covering Raoul on Bway.

Michael Shawn Lewis is the best Raoul ever! I'm so glad I didn't have to sit through another Tim Martin Gleason show. And Gary Mauer is phenomenal, and is a really nice guy too. If you wanna meet Gary, just hang back at the stage door and let everyone else leave. Then you can have him to yourself. He's very polite, and will take pics, sign things, talk, etc.
