Laura Osnes does not have to worry about Sierra's hand me downs. The two actresses are night and day. Osnes will be a wonderful addition to this production. Although, I am not sure it will even come this far. Word on the street is that the "Prince of Broadway" is most likely not going to make it to opening night. I am sure that Sierra has it in her contract that if the show does not happen, her slot is secure in "Rebecca".

philly03, Tam is now going to be playing Javert in the London cast of Les Miserables - so it's safe to say he's not going to be doing Rebecca.

I would prefer a complete unknown in the role. The fact that "I" feels so out of place and in someone else's shadow at Manderley would only be heightened by someone making their Broadway debut in such a role. I love Sierra but I would prefer them to search outside of the safe choices now that she is (most likely) not on board anymore.

Sierra does not have the clout to get an out of her contract.
And the fact that she and her BF both took other jobs makes me think they have washed their hands on BECKA.
I believe Prince will get PRINCE on the BWay by hook or by crook.

I think the character of I should be played by someone who is known in the Broadway industry but is not yet a household name. Any ideas?
