When I saw the show (liked it, appreciated it, but didn't LOVE it) I didn't understand the SA likeness at ALL. Yes, they use chairs, more "modern rock-ish" music, and florescent lights, but the style of storytelling I don't think is similar at all! (is it just me??)
I would encourage people to see the show, even though it wasn't my cup of tea, just to see something different. Is it life changing? I don't know...depends on the person's tastes. It wasn't really for me, but that doesn't mean it won't be for someone else! That's the beauty of theatre...there's something for everyone! But how can you know what you like/don't like if you don't at least try it to know for sure? :)
