u miss more than u would in row c
I would take it in a second.. Second row from stage..yessiree
I think I had DD obstructed, and you miss about 30% of the L or R stage (depending on where you're sitting). You miss Elphaba first running into the stage, but for the price, I think it's a very small sacrifice. I saw it from obstructed view for my first time and had a ball.
I agree I think I did actually have seats there once and it wasnt great but worth it for the price!

well i sat in row DD seat 6 and i didnt miss a thing
I was in DD9. You do miss about 30%, but it's really nothing major, aside from you looking around befuddled when people start shrieking and applauding for Idina and you're like "Who-what-inthewhatnow?"
Anybody know if row F seat 24 is better?
Probably, because you're farther back so you're not as at much of an angle. Is F24 far on the side? If so, then paying double the price of obstructed view probably isn't worth it.
Well, if row F isn't the obstructed view, then I would take those instead.
I think row F is limited view..
But thanks anyway! :)
If it's limited view, then go for DD instead. It's half the price, right??
Has anyone sat in BB 6? How is the view? Is it more or less obstructed than rows farther back? What do you miss?
Yes, it's either CC 10 or F 24
Probably more obstructed than the farther back rows because you're at more of an angle.
Yes, but it's kind of the same because F 24 is alot more to the side
Agreed. BB6 is a much better seat than F24.
TheGaIsSilent- Have you sat in BB6? What did you miss? Did you miss Idina's entrance or her shadow at the end of the opening number?
It depends what you look for in a seat. For me, I care about proximity to the stage, so even though BB's probably at a harsher angle and cuts off more, I'd rather see their expressions up close, etc. But if you like to see the entire stage and get the full effect of the choreography, etc., F is probably better.
Thanks Type_A_Tiff! You helped me alot!
No problem! Just put a detailed warning in your thread title next time you decide to "grace" us with Teyve nee Fierstein!!
I personally think Row F limited view is better. I sat close to the front once and then as far back as J in the limited view. The farther seat gave me the best view of the stage, and I did not feel distant from all the action on stage. It was wonderful...
Either way, those $55 tickets are definitely a great option!
Elphie - You don't miss either of those, you just have to know where to look and be willing to lean.
