Wicked Melbourne

My friend (who is in the theatre business) went to see Wicked in Melbourne on opening night and said it was the best production that he has seen so far (out of Broadway and West End).

It looks great on the footage they have shown on some of the shows.

Awesome! I might be going to the University of Melbourne next February and that's great to hear, since I love me some Wicked! I've heard clips of the cast and they seem great, especially Lucy Durack.

My friend who knows Lucy and Amanda loved the show so much but word on the street is that there is concern that their voices won't hold out for long.

Also - Amanda is contracted to only 7 shows per week with a minimum of 6. I am concerned she might not be on when I go in two weeks.
