After all the posts on the other thread about Jackee, today's (Sunday) paper has a feature article on the show which opens here this week. The cast is listed as:

Aparrentlly she said the whole process was taking to long and she is taking a directing job with her friend Tonya Pinkins. Here is her message to me about it.
I really appreciate eveyone's support throughout the "Wicked" negotiations but in all reality the process was just taking too long. I decided to take on a local directing job for a theatre near my house instead. Also, contrary to the belief's of many of the people on my friend's list, I am not filming a television pilot. I would like to, but the opportunities just aren't there. I am, however, rapping up a small part in a film called "Lovers or Friends" a sequel to "The Ski Trip".
Thank you again for your support and any questions that you may have that are not business-related (as in you want an autograph, to hire me, etc.) please send to this page instead of my official page. They don't like to answer so much whereas I will try my best to get back with all of my fans.
