Liunking Wizard Of Oz, how could a Munchkin Mayor be elected so fast if the Mayor (Nessarose) died?

I'm actually wondering why, in the Wizard of Oz, Elphaba would set Fiyero on fire if she's, you know, in love with him.

Mind you, I'm always threatening to set fire to the guy I'm half in love with, so I'm not sure I view that as a total plot hole...

You can't connect the Wizard of Oz movie to Wicked. There are two many things that don’t work.

Just enjoy them as two different adoptions of Baum’s books.

broadwaybelter-- you do know that the sentence "It's too late to see Carrie, it closed" is not using correct punctuation, right?

And that’s why I rarely correct grammar in non-academic settings. Everyone makes honest mistakes. Just because I screwed up doesn’t mean I don’t know the difference.
