Wicked cancellation

Everyone mentions the cancellation line. Does that just mean going to the box office the day off? or is there a separate line?

I am in the area for 5 weeks and i might be dropping in the city for a couple days each week and this is most likely my last opportunity to see Idina before her contract runs out so any help is appreciated

ticketmaster.com had tix available for the Sunday matinee. Dont know if that helps ya.
