I am in NY for the first time in a few months and am seeing Wicked as well as 7 other shows that week. Now, I could only get seats for Wicked that were in the orchestra EE9 and 11 - the "partial view" seats for the night we are going. They are not quite at the very end of the row - there are two seats to the left of us. Just wondering how partial the view actually is.
Many thanks

Posted: 11/11/05 at 4:12amI sat DD 7 and 9 (or 9 and 11) and you miss a bit - namely Elphaba running on for her first entrance, and you have to crane your neck to see what's going on the left and right stage, but it's fine for the price. And considering the people a few over from you paid twice the price makes it all the sweeter.

Posted: 11/11/05 at 4:48amthanks. I don't mind a bit of action from the extreme sides being hidden - as long as the majority of what is going on is visible then I will be happy.

You definitely won't be disappointed. There isn't a whole lot of action on the extreme sides anyway. My first Wicked outing was with the DD side seats and I was thrilled.
(I was even more thrilled when the next night I won Wicked lotto, but that's neither here nor there.
